The 2015 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Is Back
The Harley-Davidson® road warrior returns to the lineup with two sleek new Touring models to choose from. Combining Project Rushmore technology, intuitive features and sharp new modern styling, the 2015 Harley-Davidson® Road Glide and Road Glide Special are now available at Adamec Harley-Davidson®, and they demand to be driven. (1)
Performance
The 2015 Harley-Davidson® Road Glide is equipped with a high-ouput Twin Cam 103 V-Twin engine that increases intake airflow and optimizes phase and duration, which translates into improved low-end torque. (2) When slipping by that 18-wheeler, riders can expect a faster 60-80 mph fifth-gear roll-on. (2) Consumers can also anticipate a total output of 104.7 pound-feet of torque at 3,250 rpm from the new motorcycle. (2)
Buyers may also find the engine to be more refined than its predecessor thanks to the lightweight piston design, and riders can enjoy the feel of a smooth and quiet-shifting six-speed transmission when driving H-D’s new bike. Another feature to look forward to is standard high-performance Brembo brakes for consistent stopping power no matter the speed. (2)
The Latest Road Glide
Available at Adamec Harley-Davidson®, the all-new 2015 H-D® Road Glide has a starting price of $20,899 (2) and projects an aggressive and rebellious vibe. Loaded with attitude, the 2015 Road Glide models are meant to respect the spirit of what the motorcycle stands for and the style of the riders who drive them. (1) At the same time, Adamec Harley is pleased to note that H-D’s new 2015 Road Glide is a modern vehicle offering improvements in aerodynamic and ergonomic comfort as well as the full suite of Project Rushmore features. (1)
Buyers can expect strong illumination from the Dual Daymaker Reflector LED headlights and a 4.3-inch infotainment system controlled by twin joysticks located on the handlebar. The Touring models also include features like cruise control, an adjustable air-ride rear suspension and new ergonomic hand controls that offer not only a more intuitive design, but also a more tactile feel. (1)
Jacksonville motorcycle dealers should also have the new 2015 Harley-Davidson® Road Glide Special in stock. Motorcycle enthusiasts looking to opt for this model will benefit from a 6.5-inch infotainment system with a GPS navigation system as well as Reflex Linked Brakes with ABS, among many other features.
