I was on my way to Key West on my 02 Heritage when I experienced engine failure. I called and was quickly picked up and taken to your shop. The engine was not fixable so I was able to rent a new Heritage and complete my ride. Jon, Nick, and Dave were great. I was able to get back on the road and leave my old bike until I came back 4 days later to pick it up.

I was riding back home from Daytona Bike Week, I noticed a rattle on my left side handle bar, when we stopped I noticed my clutch lever was very loose as was the cable. I bought my 2020 heritage softail classic in January of 2021 and first gear was always a nightly, the second I slightly released my clutch the bike would lurch and take off like a rocket which I attributed to going from a 107 to a 114. I brought my bike in to have it checked and they immediately brought it into the service bay. It was improperly adjusted at my last service which was 1,000 miles, at 3400 miles it became extremely loose. I was greeted with a smile, and everyone from service to merchandise were friendly, polite and eager to help. 20 minutes later I was ready to hit the road again, what I didnt expect is that first gear didnt start until my clutch was almost fully released and did not lurch or take off like a rocket, it started at a safe smooth controllable pace and is beyond a delight to maneuver! I honestly believe that they significantly reduced my chances of crashing in a tight area as I no longer lurch out of control and dont have to ride the clutch for dear life in first gear. I thank you so much for your prompt, courteous, and reliable help in getting me back on the road within 20 minutes and am beyond thankful and impressed how delightful first gear is as opposed to the nights it was since I first drove it off the lot at the dealership of purchase,..thank you thank you thank you!! I just recently completed the Basic Rider Course with Adamec of St. Augustine. I am beyond impressed by the staff and the RiderCoaches. All were very professional, and super helpful answering questions. The lessons were made very easy to understand, and the range time were excellent experience as well. Even after having difficulty grasping the concepts on first attempt, the RiderCoaches were willing to schedule additional extra sessions to help get me comfortable on a motorcycle, all the way through to completion of the course. I am very impressed with all the positive attitude everyone displayed, and very pleased with my entire experience at Adamec!

I stopped in today, Friday August 20th looking for an Ultra Limited. I met with Art Ramirez in sales, and he found me the perfect one. 2021 Ultra Limited with a rare paint job. It's beautiful! I also had the pleasure of meeting with Scott Webb, the sales manager. We negotiated I great price, a good payment plan and had all the paper work printed and signed very quickly. Both Art, and Scott put the needs of the customer as their top priority and it really shows when you interact with them. They're an awesome sales team.

I also met with the parts manager, Martin, and got some additional parts put on it, to include a Stage 1 upgrade with better sounding pipes. They threw a heal shifter on it for me. The bike was phenomenal and everyone in the place helped me out in getting the best deal I've ever got on a bike. 2021 ultra limited for $1000 under MSRP.Honestly I've never had a better experience at a dealership than the experience I had today at Adamec Harley Davidson. Kudos to the Service Department and the Tech that resolved the issue with a front end shimmy/wobble that has been a problem for many thousands of miles. The bikes rides as good as or better than the day I rode it home when I purchased it. 2019 CVO Limited.

I was traveling through on FRI 20 NOV when I experienced an ignition switch malfunction on my 2019 FLTRU. Between Mr. Al Moser, who professionally greeted me and empathetically listened to my concern, and Mr. Johnny Crumpler, who expertly diagnosed the issue with the mechanism barrels and spring, I cannot be more pleased. As a matter of fact, it took me longer to shop the showroom with Ms. Teresa Medina, who by the way knows her inventory extremely well, than it did for the Service Team to get me back on the road. I was so grateful, that I was happy to spend money on merchandise to show my appreciation. Adamec HD has an awesome team of people that really care about riders and it shows! Keep up the good work!

From the time that Logan picked us up at the rest stop where we were broken down to the second we chedked out with Bob....we were treated like royalties....between Logan, Bob and Stewart we were in and out in like 3 hours...each one of them made a bad experience with our breakdown ...bearable....all 3 of these guys should be given Kudos as they handle customers with the upmost care and respect! Theyre very professional and knowledgeable; every time Ive taken my bike to them the techs do an amazing job and the customer service is above and beyond. I refuse to take my bike to any other shop because I know at Adamec Regency the quality of parts and service are unbeatable compared to any other local shop. I have such a good relationship with the service department sometimes I even stop by just to say hi which goes to show that they dont treat you like just any other customer, they treat you like friends and family.

I had a recent opportunity to purchase a pre-owned Ultra Limited from the Baymeadows location. I can tell you that in my over 40 years of riding motorcycles of various types, I have never had such a pleasant experience with a dealer. From the sales staff to the service department, to parts and accessories; everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I was not able to complete the purchase, due to no fault of anyone at the dealership. I can say that if you're looking for a new or pre-owned Harley, Adamec should be your first, last and only stop. The owner of the dealership takes a personal interest in ensuring every customer is happy with their experience. The experience I had with Adamec was the best experience, by far, I have had with any vehicle dealership, not just motorcycles. Five stars isn't enough. The people make the difference and I believe the great people and experience starts at the top.

Sunday, July 8, I purchased a new, 2018 Heritage Classic 114. My wife & I were met by Mr. Bob Sofford, who introduced himself, asked a few questions, took the time to LISTEN, then showed me around some of the bikes that matched my criteria. He was not a pushy, "sales guy", but truly acted as a true professional, and took the time to listen to all my questions. He answered every one with knowledge of his product. As the negotiating took place, I felt like I had a partner in this deal, not an adversary. Mr. Sofford took me on a very nice test ride, along varying riding conditions, and took the time for me to "slow ride" in a parking lot. At the contract signing, Mr. Tony Terry took the time to answer all my questions, and treated my wife & I with the utmost respect. The contract signing was quick & efficient. As I wanted to add a few accesories, Mr. Sofford walked me to the Parts counter, and I spent time talking with "Brent". Again . . VERY knowledgeable man, . . and the word "RESPECT" keeps popping up, (this seems to be a very important trait in everyone at Adamec). Anyway, Brent set me up with exactly everything I wanted to add. After this, Mr. Sofford led me around the store to all the depts. Each dept. had a small gift for me . . and each one "welcomed me to the family" . . . and that's exactly how I felt during this whole process . . part of this family.

I also want to add this . .. the next day, my wife took the title over to to Adamec on the bike I was trading in. EVERYONE there remembered her, and treated her as if she was the most important person in the store . . . RESPECT!!!!

As a new Harley owner passing through Orange Park on a tight schedule, I needed service help installing passenger footpegs. Adamec jumped right on it and had me out in an hour. While there, the Parts Department helped me select the proper sissy bar/luggage rack parts, which between the two stores were on hand. And we also found an excellent selection of essential attire in our sizes. A VERY EXCELLENT experience all around. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly folks across the board! We dont live in the area, but if we did wed rely on Adamec for all our needs and answers to our questions.
